OKLAHOMA CITY, Feb. 19, 2015 – The Oklahoma City Thunder has acquired a 2016 protected second round draft pick from the New Orleans Pelicans in exchange for guard Ish Smith, a 2015 protected second round pick, the rights to Latavious Williams and cash considerations, Thunder Executive Vice President and General Manager Sam Presti announced today.
Smith appeared in 30 games this season with the Thunder and averaged 1.2 points and 0.9 assists in 5.2 minutes per game. He owns career averages of 2.7 points, 1.9 assists and 1.1 rebounds in 221 career games (eight starts).
