Guests may be dropped off near the entrances at Reno and Robinson. The elevators nearest this northwest entrance provide access to all seating levels.
Assistive listening devices are available for hearing-impaired guests at no charge and may be checked out at the Guest Relations desk just inside the northeast entrance, across from Section 105. Valid identification, such as a driver’s license or other state issued identification, is required as a deposit to ensure the return of equipment. Additionally, games are broadcast live in The Official Thunder Mobile App and on the Radio.
There are three (3) sets of passenger elevators:
1. Section 101 located near the northwest entrance has access to all levels of the arena except Press Level
2. Section 106 located near the northeast entrance has access to all levels of the arena
3. Section 109 located near the Club and Suite Level entrance on the east side has access to the Club/Suite Level only
All public restrooms are accessible to our patrons with disabilities. Our facility also has family restrooms on each level.
In partnership with KultureCity, fans are able to check out kits designed to mitigate sensory overload that some may experience for Thunder game nights and other arena events. In addition, the arena has created a space at Section 112 for fans who need a calm, quiet atmosphere related to sensory issues or for nursing mothers.
Trained dogs used as service animals are permitted to assist guests inside the arena. Inquiries and requests may be submitted to our Guest Relations department by emailing email@example.com, or by calling 405-602-8700.
ADA regulations include an eight-part section devoted exclusively to the regulation of ticketing for wheelchair spaces and companion seats. The arena, in partnership with the Thunder and the City of Oklahoma City, are pleased to meet or exceed the standards required for ticketing compliance. The highlights of the ticketing regulations include, but are not limited to, the following requirements based on availability:
Tickets for accessible seating must be made available for purchase during the same times and in the same ways as the purchase of other tickets;
Accessible seating must be identified to the same level of specificity as other seats on maps, seating charts, and brochures, and if asked, the location of all available accessible seating must be identified;
Tickets for accessible seating must be originally made available to purchase at all price points;
Persons purchasing a ticket for an accessible seat, may purchase up to three companion seats that, based on availability, are contiguous and in the same row; otherwise, the companion seat should be as close as possible to the accessible seat;
Accessible seating may only be released when all other tickets are sold out or all other tickets in a specific price range or area are sold out;
Individuals with disabilities must be able to transfer their tickets to others under the same terms and conditions as other ticket holders;
An individual who has purchased a non-accessible seat on the secondary market (i.e. tickets that are re-sold by the original purchaser) must be permitted to exchange the ticket for a comparable accessible seat if one is available;
Venues may not ask for proof of disability or ask what the individual’s specific disability is, but may ask if the individual is purchasing tickets for someone that requires the features of an accessible seat. The venue may investigate if it has reason to believe fraud has been committed.

Complimentary wheelchair escorts are available for guests requiring assistance to their seats. Requests may be placed at any entrance, or by contacting our Guest Relations Department in advance. Please note that wheelchairs are limited and are not available for use throughout the event. A member of our staff will return with the wheelchair to escort you to the exit at the end of the event. Or, if a wheelchair escort is required during the event, you may notify a member of our staff and we will be happy to assist.
