HERE’S HOW IT WORKS: No purchase or obligation necessary to win. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The Sweepstakes will begin on November 23, 2022 at 12:00 am Central Standard Time (“CST”) and will end on April 10, 2023 at 11:59 pm CST (the “Promotion Period”). During the Promotion Period, there will be 4-6 separate drawings to determine a winner for each of the 4-6 available prize opportunities. The selection for these prizes will occur on December 29, 2022.  Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for this sweepstakes. Entries can be made through the following method: submit an entry form and all required information via okcthunder.com/barnetwork. Entrants may only qualify to win a prize by submitting a valid, complete entry via this online method of entry.

PRIZE WINNERS SELECTION: There are multiple potential prizes and multiple potential prize winners. Each potential prize winner will be randomly selected from all eligible online entries received from the start of the Promotion Period.

The potential winner of each prize will be notified by email or SMS Text message to the email address and phone number provided at the time of entry. Potential winners will be required to verify their eligibility and will be required to agree to these Official Rules a Liability Waiver and a Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law) within five (5) business days of notification. If any potential prize winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with or does not agree with these Official Rules or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, or a prize notification is returned or deemed by Sponsor to be undeliverable, the potential prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may (at Sponsor’s sole discretion) be selected. Sponsor may successively attempt to contact up to 4-6 potential winners of a prize in accordance with this procedure, and if there is still no confirmed prize winner of the prize in question after such attempts have been made, the prize may go unawarded. Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, randomly select additional entries should additional entries be required to award prizes. The foregoing process is the “Prize Selection Process” and Sponsor shall go through the Prize Selection Process for the potential winners of each of the prizes.

Prizes: Upon verification of eligibility to participate and confirmation of agreement with these Official Rules, the prize winner will receive a Thunder item in an amount not to exceed $100, which is the Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prizes.

PRIZE REDEMPTION: Prizes are non-transferable. No cash equivalent for a prize will be given. Each prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth above. Any other expense, fee, and incidental cost not expressly stated in the prize description shall not be included in the prize. The Professional Basketball Club LLC d/b/a Oklahoma City Thunder (the “Oklahoma City Thunder”) reserve the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. Total ARV of all prizes is $100. Actual retail value of prizes may vary and no winner will receive difference between actual and approximate retail value. All prize elements must be redeemed at the same time. Each parent or legal guardian of a winner, if applicable, will be contacted by an Oklahoma City Thunder representative via the email address provided with their entry after the winner is chosen. Potential winners will have two (2) days to confirm their information and eligibility and receipt of a prize pursuant to these Official Rules. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, the Oklahoma City Thunder reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims.

ALL POTENTIAL PRIZE WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR AND SPONSOR’S DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. WINNING A PRIZE IS CONDITIONED ON ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

ELIGIBILITY: Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and legal residents of the state of Oklahoma. Employees and representatives of the Oklahoma City Thunder, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., the Women’s National Basketball Association and its Teams and Operators, WNBA Enterprises, LLC, Cocoa Events, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies, manufacturers or distributors of sweepstakes materials and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) are NOT ELIGIBLE.  Void where prohibited by law.  All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.  Entry materials that have been or are believed to have been tampered with or altered are void. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend part or all of this Sweepstakes at any time without notice and for any reason, including, if in the Sponsor’s opinion there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or integrity and proper play of the Sweepstakes. In the event of suspension or cancellation, Sponsor may void any entries it suspects are at issue and, at its discretion, if terminated, award prizes in a random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entrants who violate these Official Rules or interfere with this Sweepstakes in any manner.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By entering into the Sweepstakes, you (a) represent and warrant that you are age 18 or over and have the legal right to consent to and do hereby consent to these Official Rules; (b) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding; (c) release and hold harmless the Oklahoma City Thunder, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., the Women’s National Basketball Association and its Teams and Operators, WNBA Enterprises, LLC, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any claims, actions, injury, loss, or damage of any kind, including but not limited to, personal injury or death, resulting, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participating in this Sweepstakes or from the acceptance, possession, or use or misuse of prizes or actual or attempt entry into the Sweepstakes; (d) agree that the Released Parties shall have no liability for any entry or potential prize winner notification that is lost, intercepted, or not received for any reason; and (e) indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to an entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, use or misuse of a prize.

PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes a prize Winner’s consent to use of prize winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration by any of the Released Parties. IF ENTRANT IS CHOSEN AS A PRIZE WINNER, ENTRANT’S PERSONAL IDENTIFYING INFORMATION MAY BE DISCLOSED TO THIRD PARTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PLACING ENTRANT’S NAME ON A PRIZE WINNERS LIST AS REQUIRED BY STATE LAW.

DISPUTES: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants, prize winners and any other individual or entity participating in the Sweepstakes agree that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (2) all claims, judgments and awards resulting and/or arising from the any prize, the Sweepstakes, or entry therein shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs directly related to entry into the Sweepstakes, and that all other damages are waived including, without limitation, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. This limitation of liability above is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect, or consequential damages; loss of data, income or profit; loss or damage to property; claims of third parties and personal injury or death resulting from (directly or indirectly) participation in the Sweepstakes or use of any prize, whether or not such claims are foreseeable. Entrants agree that Released Parties have not made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, statutory, express or implied (including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, title, and fitness for a particular purpose), in fact or in law, relative to the Sweepstakes. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

FUTURE COMMUNICATIONS: The Oklahoma City Thunder reserves the right to contact adult entrants through the email address used to enter the sweepstakes. Entrants may then choose to opt-out of future communications or email notifications. Personally-identifying information of entrants shall otherwise be used by Sponsor only with respect to this sweepstakes except to the extent required by law.

SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR: Sponsor and administrator of the sweepstakes is the Oklahoma City Thunder.  

TAXES: Winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes related to the sweepstakes and the receipt or use of any prize.
