INTRODUCTION TO MOBILE TICKETING

In an effort to further combat fraud and counterfeit tickets associated with print-at-home tickets (PDFs), print-at-home tickets (PDFs) are being discontinued.

Thunder Mobile Ticketing offers you the convenience of using your smartphone as your game ticket, providing access to the arena with a unique QR code that can be scanned from your screen. It's that easy!

You can still easily transfer or resell seats using the Thunder App or your Online Account Manager. After logging in, you'll be able to manage tickets on your computer, with our mobile-friendly site on your smartphone, tablet or other mobile device or via the free official Thunder mobile app.

All the information you need to start using Thunder Mobile Ticketing is available in this online tutorial. MOBILE TICKETING AT A GLANCE

ONLINE ACCOUNT MANAGER

In addition to your personal Thunder account manager, who can help answer questions and handle requests, you have 24-hour access to your tickets and the tools you will need to use them effectively throughout the season. Through your Online Account Manager or via the Thunder Mobile app, you can easily transfer or resell your Thunder tickets.

Once you download the free Thunder app or go to My Thunder Account,  simply login using your Thunder username and password.

HOW TO: USE YOUR PHONE AS YOUR TICKET

Download the Thunder mobile app using any mobile device.

  1. Open the Thunder App and tap MORE on the bottom right of the navigation bar.
  2. Click on "My Account".
  3. Enter your Thunder username and password
  4. Select SIGN IN TO OKCNBA. Enter the email address associated with your Thunder account and click NEXT. The system will recognize your email and may prompt you to re-enter your password.
  5. Tap the event you would like to view.
  6. Tap VIEW BARCODE to view your barcode in the app. For even faster entry, add your ticket(s) to your phone's digital wallet.

HOW TO: TRANSFER YOUR TICKETS

At any time, scroll to the specific seat(s) that you wish to transfer.

  1. From the Thunder App, tap on your event to view your ticket(s), then tap TRANSFER.
  2. Select the ticket(s) you'd like to transfer, then tap TRANSFER TO.
  3. Enter your recipient's information, tap TRANSFER TICKETS and you're all set.

When transferring ticket(s) you’ll receive two emails: one confirming your ticket(s) have been sent and another when your recipient accepts the ticket(s) you sent. Your recipient will also receive an email prompting them to accept your tickets. Once the ticket transfer has been accepted, the ticket(s) on your account are no longer accessible and you will not be able to get into the event with those tickets.

Due to social distancing guidelines and the decreased seating capacity for the arena, it is imperative that your selected block of tickets be occupied by you, family members and/or trusted acquaintances as these seats will be all together. Should you elect to transfer the tickets, you agree that such transfer will be made exclusively to one group to maintain that block/pod of a family, and/or trusted acquaintances.

ACCEPT TRANSFERRED TICKETS

To accept your ticket transfer please follow the steps below:

  1. Click the ACCEPT TICKETS button on the email you received with the ticket transfer.
  2. Sign in using the email address the tickets were transferred to and the corresponding password.

    If you do not have a Thunder ticket account, please click SIGN IN, then SIGN UP and follow the instructions to create an account using the email address associated with the ticket transfer you received.

    If you have forgotten your password please put in the email address associated with the tickets you are trying to access, click NEXT, click FORGOT PASSWORD and follow the instructions to reset your password. A link to reset your password will be sent to your email or smartphone.
  3. Tap the arrow next to seat location to view barcode(s). For even faster entry, add your ticket(s) to your phone's digital wallet.

Once you have accepted the tickets, please follow these steps to access your tickets on your mobile device by downloading the THUNDER MOBILE APP, or by visiting My Thunder Account to access your Thunder tickets.

THUNDER APP

  1. Download the THUNDER APP
  2. Open the Thunder App and tap MORE on the bottom right of the navigation bar.
  3. Tap the MY ACCOUNT option at the top of the menu.
  4. Select SIGN IN TO OKCNBA. Enter the email address associated with your Thunder account and click NEXT. The system will recognize your email and may prompt you to re-enter your password.
  5. Tap the event you would like to view.
  6. Tap VIEW BARCODE to view your barcode in the app. For even faster entry, add your ticket(s) to your phone's digital wallet.
  7. Bring your smartphone to any arena entrance and your phone is your ticket. Simply swipe right to display multiple tickets.
USING A BROWSER
  1. Use your web browser and go to http://mythunderaccount.com to access your account.
  2. Tap SIGN IN. Enter the email address associated with your Thunder account and click NEXT. The system will recognize your email and may prompt you to re-enter your password.

HOW TO: SELL A TICKET

Can't make it to a game? Selling your tickets for any Thunder home game has never been easier. Using the Thunder App, you can sell your ticket(s) in three easy steps!

  1. From the Thunder app, tap on your event to view your ticket(s) then tap SELL and select the ticket(s) you'd like to list.
  2. Next, enter the amount you would like to list your ticket(s) for. The amount you're entering is the price per ticket.
  3. If you are a first-time user you will be prompted to select your reimbursement method. Once complete, tap SELL TICKETS and you're all set.

Should you elect to sell the tickets, you agree that such transfer will be made exclusively to one group to maintain that block/pod of a family, and/or trusted acquaintances.

From the Manage Events page, tap on your event, then tap on the three dots (...), then tap TRANSFER.

Please note that not all tickets are eligible for transfer. If they are not, the transfer option will not be shown.
