In more than seven seasons with the Oklahoma City Thunder, Kevin Durant has been tireless in seeking out – and finding – ways to impact the community around him. Through big contributions and everyday interactions, he has been a leader both in his engagement through Thunder programs and in his own efforts to back health and fitness programs, education improvements and disaster relief to benefit the communities he calls home.

During the 2015-16 season, Durant stepped up his charitable efforts through his Kevin Durant Charity Foundation (KDCF) by founding a new initiative to build basketball courts around the world, making a major gift to an Oklahoma Cityschool for homeless children and taking every opportunity to leverage his success in order to benefit at-risk and underserved kids at home and around the globe.
