OKLAHOMA CITY, Jan. 1, 2017 – The Oklahoma City Thunder has assigned guard Cameron Payne to the Oklahoma City Blue of the NBA Development League, it was announced today by Executive Vice President and General Manager Sam Presti. Payne, the 14th overall selection in the 2015 NBA Draft, averaged 5.0 points, 1.9 assists and 1.5 rebounds in 57 games during his rookie season.
