All Courtside guests entering Paycom Center for Oklahoma City Thunder games are required to present proof of receiving the COVID-19 vaccine or provide a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test taken within 72 hours prior to the game.
Children ages 2 to 11, who are not yet eligible for the vaccination, will need to show a negative test but will be required to wear a mask at all times unless actively eating or drinking.
The Thunder wants to make this health and safety process as easy as possible for fans. There will be multiple ways to provide documentation of vaccination or a negative test as you prepare to enter Paycom Center.

- Recommended Option:Go to OKCcheckin.com on your smart phone or computer and follow the directions in a few easy steps, beginning Oct. 1.
- Bring a physical copy of your vaccination card or negative COVID-19 test to the arena to show staff prior to entering. Please note, this process will likely increase your wait time. A legible digital photo of the vaccination card or negative COVID-19 test will be accepted.
- Bring a digital copy of your vaccination card or negative COVID-19 test on your phone to show staff prior to entering.
To upload your vaccination card or a negative COVID-19 test in the Thunder app or at OKCcheckin.com, you can upload your document(s) in a couple of minutes by following a few easy steps. To save time as you arrive at the arena, we encourage you to upload your information in advance of coming to the game.
- Open the Thunder app on your smart phone and tap "Health Check-In" or open your web browser on your computer or smart phone and go to OKCcheckin.com.
- Choose who you are checking in for. If only yourself, click "I am checking in just for myself." If you are checking in multiple members of your household or group (up to 6), click on "I am checking in for myself and my household." All persons that are included in your household must enter the arena at the same time. NOTE: Due to certain regulations, the vaccination or test information for minor children ages 12 to 17 cannot be uploaded. They will be required to show a physical or digital copy of their vaccination card or negative test.
- Enter your phone number and then your name and email address on the next page.
- Upload a photo of your vaccination card OR negative COVID-19 test. We recommend taking a photo with your cell phone and uploading from your phone. If you are checking in your household, you will also upload the additional negative COVID-19 test(s) or vaccination card(s).
- Once submitted, you will receive a text with a link for your approval or denial of entry. If approved, click on the link to access your check mark. You will be required to show the check mark in order to gain entry to the arena.
- For fans attending multiple games throughout the season, you will only need to upload your vaccination card one time. However, on each game day, you will be required to go Health Check-In on the Thunder app or go OKCcheckin.com and enter your mobile number to immediately receive a text with a link that will confirm your admission for each game.
- When you arrive at the game, simply show the green check mark and you will be admitted into the arena. The Thunder app and OKCcheckIn.com will be active starting Oct. 1 at 12:01 a.m. COVID-19 tests may be taken beginning 72 hours prior to each game. No other time frame will be allowed. Home tests will not be accepted as proof of a negative test.
COMPLIMENTARY TESTING OPTIONS:
The Thunder, in conjunction with Diagnostics Laboratories of Oklahoma, with will provide Courtside guests the opportunity for a complimentary COVID-19 test on the day of each game. The following are the opportunities for you and your guests to consider:
- Starting 4 hours prior to game time, you will be able to request a time, in five-minute increments, to come to the Marriott Courtyard Hotel, located adjacent to the east side of the arena and receive a COVID-19 antigen test. To schedule your appointment, please click here and enter your preferred time for the test and the contact information for each guest who is a requesting a test. The testing laboratory will use this time as a guideline and ask that you arrive as close as possible to your reserved time.
- Once your test is completed, please expect to receive the results via email in approximately 20-25 minutes.
- Once you receive the test results, assuming they return a negative, you will be able to proceed to the dedicated Courtside VIP entrance directly next to the Marriott parking garage where you will show a staff member the results. If you return a positive test, unfortunately, you will not be admitted for that evening’s game.
- You may also choose to test at the Diagnostic Laboratories of Oklahoma facility at 225 Northeast 97th Street which is conveniently located off of Broadway Extension and Britton Road on game days between the hours of 7 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. This test will be a drive-thru experience and will not be available on Sundays.
ENTERING THE ARENA:
We have created two entrances to the arena that are now dedicated to Courtside guests. We ask that you and your guests enter the arena at either a newly created exclusive Courtside entrance on the southeast corner, just south of the VIP entrance near the Marriott garage (see map below) OR at the West entrance located directly across the street from the West parking lot near the Thunder Shop.These locations will expedite your entry into the arena and allow our staff to validate your proof of vaccination or negative test.

When you enter the floor area, each Courtside guest will be provided a lanyard that we will ask you to please wear throughout the evening as it will help staff identify that you have full access to all Courtside amenities including the Courtside Club and Pub.
