Women of the Warriors: Nadine Terlicher

During Women's Empowerment Month, the Warriors recognize the women within their basketball operations department who have made a tremendous impact on the team behind the scenes.

Meet Nadine Terlicher, a performance therapist for the Warriors.

Sports were a significant aspect of Terlicher's life from an early age, as she played virtually every sport she could find growing up. Terlicher eventually settled on track, which she ran in college, but a prior injury ultimately set her on her career path. Sustaining the injury as a teenager, she visited a female physical therapist who noticed her interest in the field and eventually let her volunteer at the clinic. As an athlete herself, Terlicher took a particular interest in helping athletes and in her current role as a performance therapist, she is tasked with ensuring athletes operate at optimum levels.

"This role allows me to be in a historically male environment and still find my voice," Terlicher said.

Terlicher is a proud mom of two girls, ages 12 and 14 and strives to be an example for her daughters to help them see endless opportunities. She tries to bring her daughters to work as often as possible so they can witness the day-to-day process and see someone who looks just like them thriving.
