Is there a cost to join the Warriors Season Ticket Wait List?
Yes, there is a non-refundable deposit of $100 per seat required to join the Warriors Season Ticket Priority Wait List.
What happens to my deposit?
The deposit will be kept on your account to secure your priority number on the Wait List. The deposit is non-refundable, however it is applicable towards your purchase of new Warriors season tickets at Oracle Arena or Chase Center, as applicable.
Why do I have to pay to get on the list? A small fee is required to join the Warriors Season Ticket Priority Wait List to (a) confirm your interest in purchasing full season tickets and (b) make you eligible to receive the benefits set forth below. This fee also acts as an initial deposit toward the final purchase of your season ticket location.
What do I get for being on the Warriors Season Ticket Wait List?
Ultimately you may receive the opportunity to purchase Warriors season tickets at Oracle Arena or Chase Center. Initially you will receive the following benefits:
- Wait List priority number for the purchase of Warriors season tickets
- Exclusive presale opportunities for:
- Warriors partial-season plans
- Individual tickets for Warriors regular season games
- Individual tickets for Warriors post-season games (when applicable)
Will the Warriors Season Ticket Priority Wait List members receive priority access to seats in Chase Center in San Francisco?
Members of the Warriors Season Ticket Priority Wait List will receive priority over the general public with respect to Warriors season tickets at Chase Center in San Francisco. However, Warriors season ticket holders will receive priority over Wait List members.
Can I make a specific seating request?
When you sign up for the Warriors Season Ticket Priority Wait List, we will make note of your desired seat location, however we cannot guarantee that you will have the opportunity to purchase seats in your desired location. Due to the level of demand, please note that it is likely that the actual seats offered will not be in the lower level of the arena.
Will I know my position on the Warriors Season Ticket Wait List?
Shortly after signing up for the Warriors Season Ticket Priority Wait List, you will be provided a priority number corresponding to your position on the list. You will be periodically notified of changes in your position.
When will I be contacted regarding season tickets?
Your opportunity to purchase Warriors season tickets will depend on the rate of seat selection for Oracle Arena and Chase Center by existing Warriors Season Ticket Holders and Wait List members with a higher priority number. After available inventory has been identified, we will work through the Wait List and send details via email to all Warriors Season Ticket Priority Wait List members. If your priority number is called, you will be able to select from the best remaining season ticket inventory.
What if I don't want the season tickets being offered?
If your priority number is called and you elect to decline the available seat location(s), your priority number will be reset (i.e., you will lose your existing priority and will be given a new priority number).
Can I get a refund at any point?
The deposit is non-refundable, however it is applicable towards your purchase of new full season tickets.
Is there a limit to the number of deposits I can place?
You may place up to four deposits per account.
When I am selected, can I purchase more or fewer season tickets than I originally selected?
Upon selection you can purchase a lesser number of season tickets, but not more. For example, if you place two deposits you may purchase one or two season tickets, but not three or more. If you place four deposits, you may purchase any number of season tickets up to four, subject to availability.
How do I change my account information?
You may change your email and phone numbers online through our online Account Manager function, called My Warriors Account. Upon logging in, you will be asked for your account number and your pin number, which will be provided to you when you sign up. It is important that all of your contact information be and remain accurate, as we will use such information to inform you of your wait list position and seat selection details.
Can I change the name on my account?
Your priority number is not transferable.
Should I join the Warriors Wait List if I am already a Warriors Season Ticket Holder and want to add season tickets to my account?
Yes, you should join the Warriors Season Ticket Priority Wait List if you are a current season ticket holder and desire to add seats. Please contact your Warriors account representative for additional details.
Am I able to join the Wait List if I live outside of the Bay Area?
Due to demand, the Warriors reserve the right to limit Wait List members to buyers with a permanent address within 100 miles of Oakland.
