Ticket Exchange to Launch

Online Platform Allows Fans to Purchase Tickets Directly from HEAT Season Ticket Holders HEAT ticketExchange is Safe, Secure and Guaranteed

MIAMI, September 30 – Miami HEAT fans still looking to secure tickets for the highly anticipated 2010-11 season will have another opportunity to purchase individual game tickets via HEAT ticketExchange, the club’s official website to buy individual game tickets from HEAT Season Ticket Holders. Beginning Monday, October 4 at 10:00 a.m., the general public will have access to tickets on ticketExchange. Tickets available on ticketExchange are sold exclusively by HEAT Season Ticket Holders. HEAT ticketExchange is the only secondary ticketing option that is guaranteed by the Miami HEAT. It is a safe and convenient way for fans to purchase tickets that would be unavailable otherwise, including lower bowl tickets. Ticket prices for the HEAT ticketExchange program are established by each individual Season Ticket Holder when they post their tickets for sale. Fans can access ticketExchange by clicking here

“I’m delighted to say that much of our ticket inventory is selling very quickly. However, ticketExchange is a viable opportunity to purchase tickets from a trusted source,” said Eric Woolworth, HEAT President of Business Operations. “We can’t stress enough that the easiest, safest and only guaranteed way to purchase tickets through a resale outlet is through ticketExchange where fans can rest assured their tickets will be honored when they arrive at the AmericanAirlines Arena on game night.”

HEAT fans purchasing tickets via ticketExchange may have their tickets delivered to them via “ticketfast” (similar to printing a boarding pass from a home computer / printer) or they will have the option of a “paperless ticket,” which will require them to show their designated form of identification (credit card, driver’s license, etc.) to the ticket taker as they enter the AmericanAirlines Arena.

The Miami HEAT is proud to have ASSIST-CARD as the Presenting Sponsor for the 2010-11 season.
