MIAMI, August 26 – The Miami HEAT are looking for the hippest, coolest, and young-at-heart senior citizens to be a part of its 2016-17 senior citizen hip-hop dance team, the HEAT Golden Oldies. The HEAT have announced that auditions for the HEAT Golden Oldies will be held at Southwest Focal Point Senior Center on Tuesday, August 30th at 12:30 p.m. Registration for the auditions will begin at 11:30 a.m. All participants must be at least 60-years young by audition date.
The HEAT Golden Oldies are the NBA’s original and most popular senior citizen dance team. They aren’t your ordinary grandparents – these Oldies know how to boogie. These vivacious women and men are making a name for themselves by mastering the latest dance moves with funk and charisma.
