Community Engagement

Bucks VolunDeers is an employee engagement initiative encouraging Bucks front office employees to make community involvement a regular practice. Throughout every season, each full-time Bucks employee receives 16 hours of compensation service time to give back to the community supporting missions that are meaningful to them. Since the program was launched, Bucks employees have dedicated over 1,000 hours volunteering in the community.

Bucks Employees Take Part In First-Ever 'Bucks Volundeer Day'

The Bucks’ offices were closed all of Monday, Oct. 21 as more than 200 employees participated in the organization’s first-ever “Bucks VolunDeer Day.” Bucks employees focused their volunteer efforts on community betterment, education and health and wellness – the three pillars of the Milwaukee Bucks Foundation.
