Charitable Ticket Program

Thank you for your interest in the Milwaukee Bucks Charitable Ticket Program! This philanthropic Program enables schools, community groups, non-profit and charitable organizations to enjoy Milwaukee Bucks basketball at Fiserv Forum. This Program is made possible through generous donations from owners, coaches, players and staff of the Milwaukee Bucks organization.

Every effort is made to provide two weeks advance notice of available tickets for select games; however in some cases tickets are donated within a small timeframe prior to games. Registered organizations are eligible to receive donated tickets to select Bucks home games, based on availability. Whenever tickets are available to be donated, tickets will be delivered to organizations electronically. Organizations are asked to request only the number of tickets they expect will be utilized. Organizations with unused tickets or attendance below 80% will be contacted and removed from the Program for the remainder of the 2019-20 season. It is the organization’s responsibility to ensure that the attendance standard is met.

Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and may not be resold. The Milwaukee Bucks hold the right to permanently remove from the Program any organization or individual who participates in the re-selling or further mishandling of charitable tickets and prosecute those involved to the fullest extent of the law.

A representative from your organization will be required to fill out a donation receipt (federal income tax form 8283—charitable donation) for each game your organization receives tickets. We will provide this form to you when you receive your tickets. Organizations who fail to complete this required tax form for a given game will be removed from the Program. The Milwaukee Bucks require students/youth under 18 years of age be chaperoned by an adult.

Along with your submission of the program application, please include a letter or flyer summarizing your organization. The letter or flyer should include a description of the services your organization provides, a mission statement and how your organization will benefit from participation in the Charitable Ticket Program.
