Mobile Tickets

Ensure quick and easy entry to Fiserv Forum by downloading the Bucks App prior to your arrival and having your tickets ready to scan. Please reference our Mobile Ticket Guide for more information on how to access and manage your tickets.

New Bag Policy

Fans visiting Fiserv Forum and the plaza are advised to arrive early and travel light, as additional security enhancements will be implemented for the Playoff season.

With the exception of medical or diaper bags, bags and purses are no longer permitted inside Fiserv Forum. Guests entering Fiserv Forum are limited to a wallet no larger than 4”x6”x1”.

Arrive Early

Due to the large crowds that are enjoying our outdoor watch parties, it is strongly recommended that ticketed guests arrive as early as possible. This will ensure the smoothest and most convenient experience entering Fiserv Forum.

Entering The Deer District Plaza

Fans without tickets to the game must enter Deer District through the south end of the plaza (near Highland and Vel R Phillips)

Fans with tickets to the game may also enter Deer District on the north end of the plaza (off Juneau Ave)

There will no longer be entry to Deer District through the Beer Garden entrance located on N. MLK Drive (formerly Old World Third Street)

Parking

Parking is available at the Highland Garage for all playoff games. Fans can purchase parking in advance at the link below.

Face Mask Requirement

  • All Fiserv Forum guests age 2 and older must wear a mask.

  • Guests may remove their masks while actively eating or drinking in a fixed, seated location

  • Face shields or scarves may not be worn in place of a face mask, but may be worn in addition to a face mask

  • Bandanas, gaiters, costume masks, face coverings with vents and face coverings with only a single layer of fabric are not permitted

In-Seat Mobile Ordering

  • Place your food and beverage orders with our completely contactless ordering experience in the Bucks App and at our new self-serve kiosks

  • Fans will be notified via text message when their order is ready to be picked up at a designated cubby to complete the contactless experience

  • Food and beverage may only be consumed at your seats (if you have access to the BMO Club or Jockey Club, you may eat and drink in those clubs). Consumption of food or beverage anywhere else in the Arena, including on concourses, is strongly discouraged.
