Director of Team Operations

Rob Pimental enters his ninth season with the HEAT as the Head Equipment Manager/Travel Coordinator. Pimental manages all aspects of the team’s travels, including, but not limited to, flights, bussing and lodging. Additionally, he organizes the gear and equipment of all players and prepares the practice setup for coaches.

Pimental joined the HEAT after spending two decades with the Sacramento Kings, 15 of which were spent in the role of head equipment manager. Pimental has also worked with the San Jose Clash of the MLS and the Sacramento Knights of the NPSL.

A Sacramento (CA) native, Pimental resides in Coconut Grove with his wife, Gina.
