CCI STAT OF THE GAME: The Knicks crashed the offensive glass for the second consecutive game against the Bulls with a 15-2 advantage. In the last two games the Knicks punished the Bulls with 30 offensive rebounds. The Knicks scored 34 second chance points in two games at the United Center.
CCI RECAP: The Knicks outscored the Bulls 56-38 in the second half and won twice in three days at the United. Center and captured the season series with only one game left between the two teams.
The Bulls committed 20 turnovers leading to 24 New York points. The Bulls attempted eight free throws with just two coming in the second half.
Three Knicks scored 20+ points: RJ Barrett (27), Quentin Grimes (22) and Jalen Brunson (22- career high six made three pointers). In two games against the Bulls Grimes drilled nine of 16 three pointers. Bruns buried nine of 15 long distance jump shots.
Zach LaVine led the Bulls with 17 points. DeMar DeRozan had a 14-4-4 game.

Orlando 117, Boston 109. The Wagner (Mo and Franz) brothers combined for 44 points and 12 rebounds as the Magic stunned the Celtics in Boston. Orlando has won five straight. The Celtics have lost three of four.
Minnesota 112, Oklahoma City 110.Naz Reid scored a season high 28 points. The T-Wolves were without five players.
Cleveland 118, Indiana 112. Donovan Mitchell scored 18 of his 41 points in the fourth quarter.
Brooklyn 119, Toronto 116. Kyrie Irving hit a game winning three pointer at the buzzer as the Nets won their fifth straight. Toronto has dropped four in a row.
Atlanta 125, Charlotte 106. The 7- 22 Hornets have lost seven straight.
Sacramento 122, Detroit 113. The Kings had seven players in double figures including all five starters.
Dallas 130, Portland 110. Christian Wood scored a season high 32 points . The loss snapped a three game Portland win streak.
Los Angeles Lakers 126, Denver 108. LeBron James scored 30 points. Russell Westbrook had a triple double of 15-11-12. Anthony Davis suffered a right foot injury in the second half and did not return.
Philadelphia 118, Golden State 106. The Sixers got a 34-13-4 game from Joel Embiid. The Warriors played without Stephen Curry, Draymond Green and Andrew Wiggins. The Warriors are 2-14 on the road.
