Group Tickets

Access to our exclusive group discounts and benefits requires the purchase of 25 tickets or more. Discounts and benefits can vary depending on the number of tickets purchased.

Group ticket locations can vary by game based on availability. Please work with your Ticket Executive to discuss exactly where your group can be seated.

Prices for group outings depend on the game date, your seat location and availability, but typically range from $23 to $90 per ticket. Please work with your Ticket Executive to get pricing for your group outing.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, along with checks (personal or business) and cash. Payment is required in full before digital delivery of your tickets.

In addition to purchasing discounted tickets with no convenience fees, your group will receive scoreboard recognition at halftime, as well as free mini posters for each group member. Depending on the size of your group purchase, other extras may also be available such as team merchandise, autographs, on-court experiences, a complimentary Penthouse Suite and more.

For small group ticket purchases, payment must be made in full to secure your tickets at a discounted rate. For group outings of 100 or more, payment plans can be arranged with your Ticket Executive.

Group prices often change as the season progresses based on game dates, opponents and availability. To secure more affordable prices, we recommend ordering your tickets as early in the season as possible.

Yes. Please contact your Ticket Executive if you are expecting more attendees. However, please note that extra tickets are subject to availability and prices are subject to change.

Food and drinks are not included with group ticket purchases. However, we do offer food, drink and retail vouchers which can be added to your group ticket purchase. Please speak with your Ticket Executive for more details.

ADA seating is located on all three levels, and similar to all other areas, is subject to availability. ADA seating can be purchased anywhere Bulls tickets are sold, including Bulls.com and the United Center box office.

Upon purchase, access your tickets digitally within 48 hours through the Bulls online account manager, ClickTix. Please note that mobile tickets are required for entry, and printed or screenshot tickets will not be accepted. Mobile ticketing provides quick and easy entry into the arena, enhanced ticket security and access to tickets on the go. There are no refunds or exchanges on any Chicago Bulls ticket purchases.

Both are located inside the East Atrium which has entrances on the north, south and east sides of the United Center. The Michael Jordan Statue and Madhouse Team Store are also located inside the Atrium.

Parking passes are not included with group outings. However, parking can be purchased at any official lot on gamedays or can be purchased in advance through Ticketmaster. Prices vary.

We do not provide group transportation. If your group requires bus parking it can be purchased day of game in Lot B for $40 (cash only). We recommend that buses drop off group members on Wood St. by Lot H near our East Atrium entrance. Visit the United Center Parking Map for more information.

The United Center has designated Rideshare Pickup Zones at the corners of Washington Blvd. and Wood St., Monroe St. and Seeley Ave., and Monroe St. and Paulina St.

All United Center gates open 90 minutes before the scheduled game time. The East Atrium is open Monday through Sunday from 10 a.m. until one hour after each game.

To better ensure a secure environment during all games, fans are discouraged from bringing bags to the United Center. The NBA’s policy prohibits all backpacks and hard-sided bags, along with any other bags (including briefcases, luggage, purses and diaper bags) larger than 14”x14”x6” in size. Please note that all approved bags are subject to inspection upon entry, and the United Center is unable to store prohibited items during the game.

Children under 36 inches in height are not required to have a ticket for admission. Any child who enters without a ticket must share a seat with an accompanying adult. All children 36 inches or taller must have a game ticket.

For the security of all guests, the United Center does not allow re-entry before, during or after events.

Groups can gain access to the court in many ways (Court of Dreams, Preps with Pros, Bench Warmers, Anthem Buddies, etc.) depending on the number of tickets purchased and availability.
