CHICAGO BULLS MOBILE TICKETING GUIDE AND FAQS
The Chicago Bulls are committed to utilizing the best ticketing technology to provide a world-class experience for our fans. Your tickets will now be with you everywhere you go through mobile ticketing via the Chicago Bulls App. Printed and screenshot tickets will no longer be accepted at the United Center gates for Bulls games.

Log In

Step 1
From the "Home" screen, tap "Tickets."

Step 2
Tap "ClickTix Mobile."

Step 3
As a current ticket holder, you already have an account. Enter your email and password then tap "Sign In."
If you forgot your password, tap "Forgot Password?" and Ticketmaster will send you a link to reset your password.

Step 4
If your email is associated with a Ticketmaster account, you will be asked to link accounts. This will let you see tickets purchased through Chicago Bulls and Ticketmaster in one place. Enter your password and tap "Link Accounts." If you don't want to link accounts, tap "No thanks."
If this is your first time logging in, you may be prompted with Terms of Use. Please read and agree by tapping "Accept."
View Tickets

Step 1
Select the game you want to view by tapping it. Each game will show the opponent, date, time and number of tickets you have available.

Step 2
Tap "View Barcode" to access the QR code. Screenshots will no longer be accepted at the United Center gates.

Step 3
Adding to Apple Wallet or Google Play
Tap "Add to Apple Wallet" or "Add to Google Play." This allows you to access your tickets without an Internet connection.
Send Tickets

Step 1
Find the game you would like to transfer your tickets for and select it. Tap "Send" at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2
Select the seats you want to send then tap "Send Tickets."

Step 3
Select the recipient from your list of contacts or manually enter a new one.
You may send tickets via email address or text message

Step 4
Confirm the contact information of the recipient then tap "Send Ticket(s)."
You cannot transfer tickets to yourself. The recipient's email must be different from yours.

Step 5
Once the tickets are sent, the process is complete. The status will appear on the ticket. If it has not been accepted yet, you can stop the transfer by tapping "Cancel Transfer."

Step 6
Once the recipient has accepted the tickets, the status will change to "Claimed" and the barcode will no longer appear.
Sell Tickets

Step 1
Select the game you'd like to sell your tickets for and tap it. Tap "Sell" at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2
Choose the seats you want to sell then tap "Set Price" and enter your selling price then tap "Payout Method."

Step 3
Choose your method of payment then tap "Confirm."
If you choose "Personal Check," please fill out your mailing address. Checks may take two weeks to arrive after the sale.

Step 4
Next, tap "Sell Tickets."

Step 5
To edit or cancel the sale, select "Edit Posting" or "Cancel Posting" on the ticket. Upon the cancellation or sale, you will receive a confirmation email.
Receive Tickets

Step 1
When someone transfers tickets to you, you will receive an email. Tap "Accept Tickets."

Step 2
Sign in to your ClickTix Account or Ticketmaster Account, or create an account if you do not have one.
The address the email was sent to must match the address on your account to claim your tickets.

Step 3
Once logged in, you will see the details of the game. Tap "Accept Offer" at the bottom of the screen.

Step 4
Once accepted, you will see a confirmation screen with the game details.

Step 5
You can further confirm the tickets are in your account by tapping "Let's Go." You can now view the tickets from the Chicago Bulls App and scan them at the gate for entry. (See "View Tickets")

▮WHAT IS MOBILE TICKETING?
The Chicago Bulls have adopted mobile entry to allow ticket holders to conveniently utilize mobile ticketing for all Bulls home games. You can use the Chicago Bulls App to access your ticket(s).
▮CAN I STILL PRINT MY TICKETS FROM HOME?
No. Tickets for Chicago Bulls games no longer include a PDF printout option. This decision was made to protect the integrity of your tickets and prevent fraud and counterfeit problems.
▮HOW DO I GET THE CHICAGO BULLS APP?
The free Chicago Bulls App (available for Apple or Android) can be downloaded here.
▮WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF MOBILE ENTRY?
Mobile ticketing is the safest and most convenient and flexible way to manage your tickets. Mobile tickets provide:
- Quick and easy entry to the arena using your smartphone
- The ability to manage, transfer or sell your tickets at any time
- Reduced risk of lost, stolen, or forgotten tickets
- An easy way to go green by printing less paper
▮CAN I HAVE MULTIPLE TICKETS ON A SINGLE PHONE?
Yes. Once you tap on the desired game, you will be able to swipe left and right through your available tickets.
▮WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE A SMARTPHONE OR I HAVE ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS ABOUT MOBILE TICKETING AT THIS TIME?

▮WHAT IF I HAVE A WINDOWS PHONE, A BLACKBERRY OR OTHERWISE CAN'T DOWNLOAD THE CHICAGO BULLS APP?
You can always access your tickets via your smartphone's browser by logging in to your account.
▮WHAT IF I NEED HELP ON GAMEDAY? BROKEN DEVICE? BATTERY ISSUES?
We encourage you to visit the United Center box office located on the east side of the arena on gameday. Please have a valid ID for the name on the account.
▮HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I ACCESS MY TICKETS?
After the schedule is released and your account is paid in full, your tickets will be available to manage.
▮IF I PURCHASED MY TICKETS FROM TICKETMASTER, CAN I ACCESS THEM THROUGH THE CHICAGO BULLS APP?
Yes, you will be able to access your tickets via the Chicago Bulls App by entering your email address and Ticketmaster password. Alternatively, you can access Ticketmaster.com via your web or mobile browser.
▮CAN I USE A SCREENSHOT OF MY TICKET TO ENTER UNITED CENTER?
No, screenshots of tickets or any ticket produced by an unauthorized source will not be accepted. You can access your tickets through the Chicago Bulls App, on the My Account page on your phone's browser, or from your "Apple Wallet" (if you have an iPhone).
▮I HAVE TRANSFERRED TICKETS TO FRIENDS AND COWORKERS IN THE PAST. HAS THIS PROCESS CHANGED?
The process to transfer a ticket has not changed. However, the recipient will only be able to access tickets for entry via a smartphone. The ability to print tickets at home (a PDF) is no longer available. We encourage you to communicate in advance with whomever you may transfer tickets to and make sure they have a smartphone device to accept and view tickets.
