CCI PREVIEW: After a stunning second half collapse to the Pacers, the Bulls look to regroup tonight against another struggling ballclub posting the second worst record in the Eastern Conference, the Charlotte Hornets.

Zach LaVine admitted following Tuesday's loss to the Pacers that his shooting hand (right hand) is giving him discomfort and is contributing to his shooting slump going 6 for his last 36 from three point range.

Goran Dragic will miss his third straight game as he is in the process of returning following a non covid illness.

The Bulls have won seven of their last 10 meetings between the two teams. The Bulls hold down the tenth seed in the Eastern Conference.

It's been a very long year for the Hornets. Tonight will mark their 50th game of the season while winning just five of 21 home games.

The Hornets will be in the running for a very high lottery pick but still feature quality vets like Terry Rozier and Mason Plumlee. LaMelo Ball has played in only 22 games. He's dealing with wrist and ankle issues. When healthy he's a franchise talent. Ball is listed as questionable tonight as is Gordon Hayward. Plumlee is averaging career highs in points, rebounds and field goal percentage. Rozier remains a potent offensive player in the Association. P.J. Washington is solid and can give you 15-20 points on any given night.
