The Chicago Bulls will tip off the 2014-15 season in New York on Oct. 29 against the New York Knicks. The game will be nationally televised on ESPN, with tip-off slated for 7:00 p.m. (CT).
On Oct. 31, the Bulls will host the Cleveland Cavaliers in their home opener at the United Center, with a tip-time set for 7:00 p.m. (CT). The game will also be nationally televised on ESPN.
Other prominent games on this season’s home schedule include: the NBA Champion San Antonio Spurs on Jan. 22; a second visit from the Cavaliers on Feb. 12; two visits from the Indiana Pacers on Nov. 15 and March 18; the L.A. Clippers on March 1; the Oklahoma City Thunder on March 5; the Houston Rockets on Jan. 5; two visits from the Washington Wizards on Jan. 14 and March 3 and two visits from the Brooklyn Nets on Dec. 10 and Dec. 30.
For the second time since the 1997-98 campaign, Chicago will play at home on Christmas Day. This year, the Bulls will host the Los Angeles Lakers in one of five Christmas Day games in the NBA. The Bulls and Lakers will tip off from the United Center at 7:00 p.m. (CT) and the game will be televised nationally on TNT.
Chicago is presently scheduled to appear on national television a total of 30 times. The Bulls will play on ABC five times, TNT 10 times, ESPN 10 times and NBA TV five times. Chicago’s local television schedule will be announced in the very near future.
