Get ready for Fan Jam 2022, presented by American Express®, this Saturday, November 19!
ENTRY INFORMATION
Doors to the United Center open early for American Express® Card Members, Bulls Season Ticket Holders, and Bulls Kid Nation All-Star members at 10:30 AM, ahead of the general public. American Express® Card Members should enter through the American Express® gate on Madison Street for the shortest lines while Season Ticket Holders and Bulls Kid Nation All-Star members should enter through the North Atrium doors.
Doors open for all attendees at 11:00 AM at Gate 3.
Upon entry, be sure to grab a wristband! American Express® Card Members will receive a white wristband upon showing your American Express® card when you arrive, while Season Ticket Holders and Bulls Kid Nation All-Star Members will receive a red wristband. Season Ticket Holders that are also American Express® Card Members should receive both wristbands - so have your American Express® card on hand!
PARKING
Fans should utilize free parking in Lot C at the United Center for Fan Jam. View a United Center parking map below.
MOBILE TICKETS
All fans are required to enter Fan Jam using a mobile ticket. Be sure to download the Bulls mobile app, as no printouts or screenshots will be accepted.
BAG POLICY
Guests may enter the arena with a small purse or personal bag up to 10" x 6" x 2" in size. Backpacks are prohibited. Limited exceptions for medical or diaper bags will be allowed.

Once inside the United Center, take in all that Fan Jam has to offer! The atrium, concourse, and additional spaces in the United Center will be open for fans to enjoy throughout the day. Throughout the 100 level concourse and atrium, fans can find multiple photo opportunities and other activities such as meeting Bulls personalities, a balloon artist booth, Bulls Kid Nation zone, Benny the Bull's Throne and more!

FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Concession stands will be open on the 100 level concourse. All fans will receive a 10% discount on concessions items courtesy of American Express®

ADDITIONAL NOTES
- All guests at Fan Jam 2022, presented by American Express®, must have a ticket to be permitted entry with no exceptions.
- The event ends at 4:00 PM, and fans must abide by United Center entry guidelines upon arrival.
- Your ticket(s) indicates your exact seat location. Fans must utilize their ticketed seat location(s) to watch the team activities on the court when entering the seating bowl.
- Player photo availability is subject to change. Not all fans are guaranteed a photo with Bulls players.
