Bulls' Gibson joins Harris to help Red Cross relief efforts

June 10, 2010 – Chicago Bulls forward Taj Gibson was on hand Thursday morning at the Harris Bank building to help more than 60 Harris employees pack 2,500 Red Cross Comfort Kits, which provide the comforts of home (toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, soap, etc.) to victims of natural disasters or other emergencies, like home fires – which happen several times a day in Chicagoland alone.

Gibson joined more than 2,000 Harris employees who will spend the day giving back to their communities through more than 70 projects across Illinois, Indiana, Florida, New York, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin as part of the bank's 4th annual Employee Volunteer Day.
