One hundred twenty four days after the Warriors paraded through the streets of Downtown Oakland, the 2017 NBA Champs celebrated once more on Tuesday as the team received their Championship Rings and unveiled the banner commemorating the fifth title in NBA history.

Needless to say, there were an endless supply of highlights and memorable moments from the evening, and that’s not even including the down-to-the-wire (albeit ultimately disappointing) action on the floor once the ball was tipped on Opening Night, presented by Chase.

And just in case you missed any of the festivities, here are a few highlights from the eventful night on Warriors Ground, plus a few other digital delights for the new season:

Ring Ceremony and Banner Unveiling
While Opening Night is all about the start of a new season and the possibilities of what’s to come, it did provide one last chance for the team to celebrate the championship season that was. The Opening Night Scene on Warriors Ground
From a full-building t-shirt giveaway to an in-arena light show to a giant golden victory ball outside of the building, the scene was electric, as it often is on Warriors Ground. Enjoy a series of photos that capture the Opening Night scene:

Northern California Fire Relief
Like the rest of the Bay Area, the Warriors are shocked and devastated with the death and destruction caused by fires in Northern California. To that end, players autographed their exclusive Opening Night 2017 Championship-themed shooting shirts, which are currently up for auction with all proceeds benefitting North Bay and California Fire relief efforts. ‘Workin’ Featuring Andre Ward
The excitement of a new Warriors season extends beyond Oracle Arena, to the Berkley Marina and beyond.  Andre Ward, the recently retired undefeated boxing champion from Oakland, was recently on location with the Warriors Studio team to put together a video that is sure to get the blood pumping.

The Making of the Championship Banner
As mentioned previously, the Dubs unveiled their 2017 NBA Championship banner during a pregame ceremony on Tuesday. But how was that banner made? You can go to Germany to find out, or just watch the below video:

For the second time in three seasons, the Warriors are the reigning NBA champs. And just as the case was in 2015, the Warriors once again went with Jason of Beverly Hills for the design of the team’s 2017 NBA Championship Ring. As was unveiled prior to tonight’s season opener with the Rockets, this year’s version has all the wow-factor of that of 2015, and then some. Championship Ring Hidden Gems: 2017 Edition

The 2017 NBA Champion Golden State Warriors received their 2016-17 NBA Championship rings during a special pre-game ceremony tonight, Tuesday, October 17, at Opening Night, presented by Chase. NBA Commissioner Adam Silver, along with Warriors Owners Joe Lacob and Peter Guber, presented last season’s players and coaches with diamond-clad rings crafted by Jason of Beverly Hills. The Warriors also launched the Championship Ring Raffle for a chance for a lucky fan to win an authentic 2016-17 NBA Championship ring, with proceeds benefitting the Warriors Community Foundation.

Fans can purchase 2016-17 NBA Championship jewelry, including rings, pendants, and cufflinks that feature elements of the players’ custom rings designed by Jason of Beverly Hills, at warriors.com.

The Warriors won the franchise’s fifth NBA title following a 129-120 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers in Game 5 of the 2017 NBA Finals at Oracle Arena on June 12. Golden State finished the 2017 NBA Playoffs with a 16-1 (.941) mark, surpassing the 2001 Los Angeles Lakers’ 15-1 (.938) record for the best single-season winning percentage in NBA postseason history and won its first 15 postseason games, an NBA playoff record win streak.

The NBA Champion Golden State Warriors will continue the team’s championship trophy tour with the Larry O’Brien Championship Trophy available at all Warriors Team Store locations throughout the Bay Area beginning Thursday, August 31, and continuing through the Labor Day Weekend. Since the Warriors won their second title in three years following Game 5 of the 2017 NBA Finals, the trophy has traveled more than 25,000 miles this summer to locations including St. Louis, Missouri (Patrick McCaw), Peoria, Illinois (Shaun Livingston), Seat Pleasant, Maryland (Kevin Durant), the Republic of Georgia (Zaza Pachulia) and more.

Fans will be able to take photographs with the Larry O’Brien Championship Trophy at the following locations and times beginning Thursday, August 31:

The Warriors’ flagship radio station, 95.7 The Game, will broadcast “NBA This Week” live from the Warriors Team Store location at Westfield San Francisco Centre through noon on Saturday. On Sunday, fans can receive a complimentary car flag, while supplies last, at the Warriors Team Store location in Walnut Creek. Offseason specials will be available at all Warriors Team Store locations throughout the Labor Day Weekend.

Warriors to Continue Trophy Tour at Team Stores on Labor Day Weekend

Warriors center and NBA champion Zaza Pachulia will return to his native Republic of Georgia to accept the Order of Honor from the President of the Republic of Georgia, Giorgi Margvelashvili, in a ceremony on Monday, August 7, in the capital city of Tbilisi. Pachulia is the first player born in the Republic of Georgia to win an NBA title in league history.

The Order of Honor is presented to citizens for their outstanding personal contribution to the building of the independent Georgian state. In addition to the award ceremony, Pachulia will bring the Larry O’Brien Championship Trophy to numerous events in and around his birthplace, Tbilisi, over the following week.

“This is a tremendous honor and I am humbled to accept it,” said Pachulia. “I remember dreaming about playing professional basketball as a kid in the gyms of Tbilisi, and now, after a journey across continents that began when I was a teenager, I am coming home with the championship trophy. I am proud to represent Georgia and I am looking forward to celebrating with the people of my country this week.”

After a disappointing end to the 2016 NBA Finals, the Dubs re-tooled over the summer and proceeded to have a monumental 2016-17 season. Although the club experienced a few bumps along the way, the Dubs saved their best basketball for the postseason, when they won all but one playoff game on the way to securing the franchise’s second NBA Championship in three seasons.

Take a look back at the championship season that was in this multi-part video series, edited and produced by Warriors Studio. A new episode will be released every Thursday throughout the summer until the series concludes on August 31.
