The Warriors tipped off their 2022 preseason slate in Tokyo, Japan on Friday by scratching a 96-87 victory over the Washington Wizards. WARRIORS TIP-OFF 2022-23 PRESEASON SLATE IN JAPAN 

The Warriors took the court for the first time since defeating the Boston Celtics in Game 6 of the NBA Finals on Friday, defeating the Washington Wizards 96-87 at Saitama Super Arena in Japan as part of their two-game preseason series in the NBA Japan Games 2022.  James Wiseman led the Warriors with 20 points and nine rebounds while new Dub Donte DiVincenzo added nine points and seven rebounds. ANDRE IGUODALA ROUNDS OUT DUBS’ 2022-23 TRAINING CAMP ROSTER 

Veteran forward Andre Iguodala announced his return to the Warriors for the 2022-23 season, rounding out the Warriors 20-man training camp roster. There will be 11 returners from from last year’s championship team and nine new members on the Dubs’ 2022-23 squad. The Warriors 2022-23 Training Camp, fueled by Gatorade, will take place in San Francisco from Oct. 4-8 following the team’s preseason slate in Tokyo, Japan. » Read More 

AN INSIDE LOOK AT WARRIORS MEDIA DAY 

There was no lack of smiles and excitement at Chase Center as the Dubs tipped off their annual Media Day on Sunday, signifying the start of a new NBA season. The Dubs took team portraits, posed with all four of the team’s recent NBA Championship trophies and took to the podium to speak with media, addressing varied topics including offseason highlights, the veteran presence around the organization and the team’s vision for the upcoming season. » Read More

GOLD BLOODED: NEW FORMAT, SAME STANDARD FOR NBA ENTERTAINMENT’S CHAMPIONSHIP STORYTELLING 

The first two episodes of “Gold Blooded, ” a seven-part docuseries chronicling the Warriors’ journey to the 2022 NBA championship, were released this week on NBA.com and the NBA App. The series features exclusive never-before-seen footage and interviews with team executives, coaches and players. HERE IS WHERE IT HAPPENS: SINGLE GAME TICKETS FOR WARRIORS 2022-23 SEASON

Although the Warriors are far from home now, they’ll soon get plenty of home cooking. After coming home from Japan, the next six Dubs games - three preseason, three regular season - will be played at Chase Center over a span of three weeks. LEBRON JAMES AND DRAYMOND GREEN PART OF PROFESSIONAL PICKLEBALL’S NEWEST OWNERSHIP GROUP 

Dubs do-it-all forward Draymond Green joined LeBron James and Kevin Love as the newest investors in professional pickleball.
