Minneapolis/St. Paul – The Minnesota Timberwolves announced the team has waived center Cole Aldrich.
Aldrich appeared in 21 games for the Wolves in 2017-18, averaging 0.6 points and 0.7 rebounds in 2.3 minutes per game. In 2016-17, he appeared in 62 contests for Minnesota and averaged 1.7 points and 2.5 rebounds in 8.6 minutes per game. He was signed by Minnesota as a free agent on July 13, 2016.
