No Bag Policy

For the health and safety of fans and staff by reducing staff touch points and expediting entry times for guests, Target Center has a no bag policy that prohibits purses, backpacks, large bags, large clutches, camera cases and other similar bags from being carried into the arena. Permitted items include diaper bags, medical bags, and small clutches or wallets no larger than 5" x 9" (subject to search upon entry).

Extended Skyway Hours

The skyway routes shown in the link below will be open before, during, and after the Target Center events and Minnesota Timberwolves games.

* Includes ten parking ramps. Does not include LaSalle Court Ramp or Dayton's Park and Shop Ramp

Tickets

All tickets will be digitally delivered to the Timberwolves mobile app. Be sure to log in to your account in the Timberwolves mobile app to show the QR code which will be scanned for entry. Eligible tickets are transferable and may be resold exclusively via the Timberwolves official marketplace. Any violation will result in ticket revocation.

NBA Ticket Terms

Please read the following terms carefully as they govern your rights under the ticket and contain a binding, individual, arbitration and class action waiver provision by which you give up the right to file a lawsuit in court individually or as part of a class action with respect to any disputes relating to the ticket or the specified game or event for which it is issued.

No Strollers

Strollers are prohibited from use in Target Center for safety and security reasons. To see a list of all items that are prohibited from Target Center please visit Target Center Policies.

Cashless Game Experience

All purchases at Target Center will be contactless through the Timberwolves mobile app. Fans never have to miss a moment of game action as they can now place their food, beverage and merchandise orders in the app from their seat. Once a ‘Ready’ message appears on their app, fans can pick-up their order at the designated location. The new mobile ordering experience will enhance fan safety by eliminating cash exchange and waiting in lines.

Parking

For quick access into Target Center and to avoid the use of elevators, fans can park on the third level of Ramp A, when available, and enter directly in the skyway. Fans can also park at Mayo Clinic Square directly across the street from Target Center, connected via skyway.

Door Times

Doors will open to ticketed guests 60 minutes for weekday games and 90 minutes on Friday, Saturday and Sunday games. Doors will be open through halftime. Guests should enter Target Center through the Main Skyway Level entrance or thru the South Skyway entrance near Ramp A.

Prohibited Items

Target Center creates a safe and secure environment for guests and employees. The venue security personnel reserve the right to determine the method of security checks as deemed necessary including the use of metal detectors, the search of jackets, clothing and other items.

Target Center received a GBAC STAR Accreditation, which indicates the arena has:

  • • Established and maintained a cleaning, disinfection, and infectious disease prevention program to minimize risks associated with infectious agents like COVID-19
  • • Implemented proper cleaning protocols, disinfection techniques, and work practices to combat biohazards and infectious disease
  • • Highly-informed cleaning professionals trained for outbreak and infectious disease preparation and response
