Visionary Homes Named Exclusive Homebuilder of the Utah Jazz

Multi-Year Partnership with New Sponsor Includes Building Co-Branded Basketball and Sport Courts, Jazz Rooms in New Private Residences, Fan Contest for a Custom Room, and Support of Three High-Tech Training Facilities

The Utah Jazz announced today a multi-year agreement with Visionary Homes as the Exclusive Homebuilder of the Utah Jazz. The Utah-based company will be the franchise’s official homebuilder constructing custom-built, Jazz-branded rooms and basketball courts for new private residences.

“The Utah Jazz are thrilled to welcome Visionary Homes into our corporate family and excited about how they can bring the Jazz into your homes and community with co-branded basketball courts and private room designs,” said Chris Barney, chief commercial officer for the Jazz. “Visionary Homes will also be the presenting sponsor of new concept training facilities using high-tech equipment and interactive technology that are coming to the Wasatch Front.”

“Visionary Homes is beyond excited to partner with the Utah Jazz,” said Jon Williams, director of marketing and business development at Visionary Homes. “Our mission to provide the best experience to homebuyers as we build their homes with lasting craftsmanship and quality aligns closely with the mission of the Utah Jazz. The Jazz offer the number one fan experience in the NBA and mean so much to Utahns and many others around the country. Our partnership represents a collective effort to serve Utahns and to build on Utah’s legacy as our state progresses into the future.”

As the exclusive homebuilder of the Jazz, Visionary Homes is authorized to build co-branded basketball courts, sport courts and Jazz-themed rooms in its new private home builds. During the 2022-23 season, Visionary Homes will also conduct a contest for a fan to receive a custom Jazz room in their home.

Visionary Homes is also designated as the presenting sponsor of three Utah Jazz Shoot 360 locations coming to the Wasatch Front. Utah Jazz Shoot 360 facilities will use artificial intelligence and interactive technology for advanced training programs that allow athletes to combine the science of sport with expert one-on-one coaching. The first facility is scheduled to open this fall in Lehi with future locations in Kaysville and Salt Lake County.

Utah-based Visionary Homes was started by developers Jeff Jackson and Justin Cooper in 2004 in Logan and the company has grown into one of the state’s largest homebuilders, offering a variety of single family homes, townhomes and condos to fit the housing needs of Utah residents.
