The Utah Jazz are looking for talented vocalists and instrumentalists to perform the National Anthem for the 2023-2024 NBA season. We are currently seeking soloists or duets.
DATE: August 29, 2023
TIME: Registration will begin at 8:30 am
Performances start at 9:00 am
**No new registrations past 11am.
WHERE: Delta Center - 301 West South Temple. Please enter through door 5 located on the north east side of the building.
WHAT TO EXPECT AT THE LIVE AUDITION:
Please enter through door 5, and one of our guest service ambassadors will direct you to registration. Participants will then register and take a seat. Participants will perform on a first come, first served basis. We will begin promptly at 9am and will conclude once our last registrant has performed. Once you perform, you are free to leave. Please note that we will not be accepting registrations past 11am. If you are unable to make this time frame, you are welcome to submit an electronic submission. (Please see instructions below.)
The audition process can be intimidating for some, so please be supportive and kind to all.

What do you look for?
We look for powerful voices that can fill an entire arena. We also love a clear, traditional anthem without any added melodies or notes. (If you are selected to sing and have extra elements in your rendition, you may be asked to change it).
How will I know if I am selected?
You will be notified via email. If you do not receive any communication from us, regrettably you were not selected.
Can I choose my date?
You will be assigned a date to sing.
What if I am unable to make the live audition
You may submit a recording link (YouTube, Facebook, etc) via email to entertainment@utahjazz.com
*The recording must be recent (within 12 months) and free from distracting background noise and echos.
*Be sure to include your name, contact phone number and state/city of residency.
Is there an age limit?
Everyone is welcome to audition.
Do you compensate for singing or travel?
Each singer will receive 4 tickets – one is to be used to enter the building upon arrival. No additional financial compensation will be given.What should I wear to perform?
If you are selected to sing at a game we require smart casual attire.
