The 2015 USA Basketball Showcase, featuring the Blue vs. White Intra-Squad Scrimmage, took place on Thursday, August 13 at the Thomas & Mack Center at UNLV. The Warriors were well-represented in Las Vegas, with Harrison Barnes (Team Blue), Draymond Green (Team White) and Klay Thompson (Team White) on the Showcase roster.
Team White ultimately came out on top with a 134-128 victory over Team Blue to secure the Intra-Squad Scrimmage win. Thompson tallied 15 points, four rebounds and six assists, while Green contributed two points, four rebounds and 10 assists to Team White's win. Despite Team Blue's loss, Barnes added 21 points, 10 rebounds, two assists and two steals.
The USA Basketball Showcase marked the conclusion of the three-day USA Basketball Mini-Camp, which took place from August 11-13. The next time the team convenes, they will be preparing for the 2016 Olympic Games, though the final roster is not likely to be set until the event approaches.
