SAN ANTONIO (Sep. 11, 2023) – The San Antonio Spurs today announced that the team has waived guard Cameron Payne.
Payne was acquired on July 17, along with a 2025 second round pick (via New Orleans) and cash considerations, from the Phoenix Suns in exchange for a protected second round pick in 2024.
