Project 76 is the Philadelphia 76ers’ employee volunteer program which encourages all staff to dedicate at least 76 hours each year to serving the communities where we live, work, and play. Volunteerism isn’t just an initiative for us; it’s a core piece of who we are. We are proud to celebrate Lexi Lund, Director of Impact & Inclusion, as our 2024–2025 Project 76 Champion, who completed 106 volunteer hours. For Lexi, giving back is second nature. For as long as she can remember, she has been committed to serving the communities she’s called home—whether it’s where she’s lived, studied, or worked. Her philosophy is simple, yet powerful: “When we’re fortunate enough to have extra time, the most meaningful thing that we can do is share it with others.” One of Lexi’s favorite moments each year is volunteering at Holiday Hoopla, presented by the Giant Company, where she witnesses the direct impact of her work as children’s faces light up with joy while opening their gifts. For Lexi, being in service of others is a natural extension of the opportunities she has been given. That belief shapes the way she approaches both her work and her community involvement. As she puts it: ‘We were given a platform and a gift to help other people”. Please join us in congratulating Lexi on this well-deserved recognition and thank you to all our staff who continue to make a difference through Project 76!
