After 12 months, we are eager to begin to welcome back the best fans in the world and we look forward to you joining us at The Center! Although the arena will look and feel different, we have worked diligently with our partners at The Center to implement best-in-class health and safety protocols. Please see below for answers to our most frequently asked questions (for additional information relating to the health and safety of the building, please visit www.backtobroad.com).


2020-21 Ticketing

Season Ticket Members will be offered priority presale access to purchase single game tickets. Pending availability, tickets will then be offered to Partial Plan clients, Group Leaders, Suite Holders and the general public on a limited basis. As always, we encourage our fans to visit StubHub.com, the official marketplace for 76ers tickets.

We have ADA seats available based on the restricted capacity of the arena. Contact your Account Representative directly for more information.

We have recently upgraded to a mobile ticketing option. Once you have purchased your seats, your tickets will show up in your Online Account Manager and you will have the ability to add them to your mobile wallet – ensuring a contactless way to enter the arena. If you have any questions, a newly created mobile ticketing tutorial will be added to the 76ers website.

Through our newly developed mobile ticketing, you will have the ability to transfer and resell your tickets through our secondary market. To maintain pod integrity, you must transfer or sell ALL your tickets. Ie. If you have 4 tickets, you are not able to sell/transfer only 2 of them.


2020-21 Parking and Building Entry

The Center will now offer a contactless parking experience through SP+ Parking Solutions.

Fans can pre-pay and receive digital parking passes for the lot closest to their seat location inside The Center. For guests paying for parking on gameday, all parking booths have been upgraded with mobile and touchless technology to allow for contactless transactions. Guests can still pay for parking with cash.

Parking lots will open one hour prior to the event. Fans will be required to maintain social distancing while traveling between vehicle and building. Tailgating is not permitted.

Guests will be directed to a dedicated entrance to the arena based on the location of their parking spot and seat inside the venue. Fans will also be given a preferred window of time when they should enter the arena to limit congestion at entrances.

Staff will be positioned outside to assist fans and ensure that PPE requirements have been followed prior to entry.

Both of The Center’s main entrances are ADA accessible. Any person with disabilities may enter through either main entrance, even if you are directed to a different dedicated entrance.

Fans are not permitted to bring bags of any size into the venue. Only small wallets, clutches, medically-required bags, and parenting bags are permitted and will be subject to an X-ray scan and visual security check.


2020-21 Gameday Information

The Center will initially welcome limited capacity crowds in adherence with the latest public health guidance from City and state officials. Guests will be seated in ‘pods’ so that each party can maintain social distance from other guests.

We’re working day and night to welcome guests back to The Center as safely as possible. We’re in constant contact with city and state officials, public health experts, and the NBA to determine what capacity is appropriate for The Center.

There will be limited concessions available during the game. Your ability to eat/drink in your seat will be dependent on your seat location’s proximity to the court – restrictions will continue to be updates based on NBA guidelines. More information on exact locations that are impacted will be shared prior to presales. All fans, who have the ability to eat/drink their seat, must wear a mask and may only remove their masks when actively eating and drinking. Alcohol will only be available with a food order.

Yes, fans will now be able to order food and drinks directly from their mobile devices and pick up from the concessions in arena. All transactions made at the counter will be cashless, using either credit or debit cards. Each food and beverage location is also outfitted with social distancing line placements and protective barriers.

All guests ages two and up must wear a face covering at all times.

Face coverings that cover both the mouth and nose are required for all guests (ages two and up) while in-arena and within The Center (including parking lots and surrounding outdoor areas).

All face coverings must:

  • Fully cover the nose and mouth and secure under the chin.
  • Fit snugly but comfortably against the side of the face.
  • Allow the guest to remain hands-free.

All fans and employees must complete a symptom screening before entering The Center. Everyone is required to wear a mask at all times while in the arena and surrounding areas.

The Center has “Clean Teams” that are utilizing science-backed, health-focused disinfection and cleaning strategies throughout every inch of the building. The cleaning staff is now equipped with industry-leading, EPA and CDC-approved disinfectants and cleaning products, and The Center completely revamped their systems to keep the arena clean and safe before, during, and after events.

A brand new, $11 million air filtration system:

  • The Center completed an $11 million renovation of their HVAC system and installed a state-of-the-art air filtration system that replaces all the air in the arena’s seating bowl in less than 30 minutes.
  • The new, state-of-the-art HVAC system uses air filters with an extremely impressive MERV 14 rating. The system also includes industry-leading technology able to combat any trace of COVID-19 through climate control inside the venue.

WELL Health-Safety Rating

  • The Center was recently awarded the WELL Health-Safety Rating for Facility Operations and Management, an evidence-based, third-party-verified rating for major event venues. The Center became the first events venue in the state of Pennsylvania to receive the rating.

To help fans keep their hands clean and prevent the spread of germs, The Center installed hand sanitizing stations throughout the arena’s concourse and at all employee and guest entrances.


2020-21 Society 76 Memberships

Without a clear timeline for hosting fans at The Center and given the fact that the normal Society 76 renewal process would begin in March 2021, we have shifted your current seat location, tenure, and membership benefits ahead to the 2021-22 season.

In accordance with this shift, we have paused all remaining scheduled payments toward the 2020-21 season and any money currently paid towards the 2020-21 season will be automatically rolled over towards the 2021-22 season. Payments for the 2021-22 season will begin in March 2021 and reflect all previous payments toward your Society 76 Membership.

All Society 76 Membership payments will resume on Friday, Mach 12th and will continue on the second Friday of every month through February of 2022. All remaining balances will be charged in equal payments over this schedule.

If you would like to pay your balance or discuss alternative payment options, please contact your Member Services Account Manager and they can assist you.

We appreciate your commitment and loyalty to the 76ers organization during these uncertain times and will still be recognizing the 2020-21 NBA season as a tenure year.

For example, if you came on board in 2016-17, the completion of the 2020-21 season would represent a 5-year tenure benchmark.

Based on the current local and state attendance capacity mandates as prescribed by the State of Pennsylvania due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation, we will be starting the 2020-21 season at The Center without fans in attendance. We will continue to work with local health and government officials to determine a date that will allow a safe return to 76ers games.

When the 76ers are able to host fans, Society 76 Members will have first priority to purchase tickets.

Many Society 76 Members are taking advantage of the increased lead time to the start of the 2021-22 NBA season as an opportunity to secure even better seats and spread out their payments through February 2022.
