Jonas Valanciunas questionable to play Monday at Sacramento

New Orleans starting center Jonas Valanciunas (left calf contusion) has been sidelined during the team’s Western Conference road trip and is uncertain for the finale of the three-game excursion, listed as questionable for Monday’s game at Sacramento (9 p.m., Bally Sports, NBA TV, 99.5 FM). Six Pelicans players are listed as out, including Jose Alvarado (right tibial stress reaction), Larry Nance Jr. (left ankle sprain), Josh Richardson (personal reasons), E.J. Liddell (right knee ACL injury recovery), Dereon Seabron (G League two-way) and Zion Williamson (right hamstring strain).

On the Sacramento side, the Kings have been one of the NBA’s healthiest teams throughout the regular season. Backup center Richaun Holmes has been an inactive for the last two games due to illness.
