After being listed as doubtful for Friday’s game vs. Denver, New Orleans point guard Jose Alvarado (right ankle sprain) was upgraded to questionable ahead of Saturday’s home contest against Minnesota. Meanwhile, Zion Williamson (rest) joined four other Pelicans players as out for the meeting with the Timberwolves. The other DNPs will be CJ McCollum (right lung small pneumothorax), Trey Murphy (left knee partial meniscectomy), Larry Nance Jr. (right rib fracture) and E.J. Liddell (G League assignment).
