#3 Trading Tracy McGrady to the Rockets (June, 2004)
It remains a somewhat dubious trade considering the components the Magic got in return (Steve Francis, Cuttino Mobley and Kelvin Cato) didn’t really materialize the way the team hoped. However, with T-Mac eventually fading as a result of a compilation of injury problems and with his departure allowing Dwight Howard to take more of a center stage, the trade didn’t cause a major setback in Orlando.
