Pelicans convert Matt Ryan to standard NBA contract

Ryan now eligable to play in postseason

The New Orleans Pelicans have converted the contract of forward Matt Ryan to a standard NBA contract, the team announced today.

Ryan, 6-7, 215, whose two-way contract was awarded to New Orleans off waivers on October 22, 2023, has appeared in 27 games (one start) for the Pelicans this season, averaging 5.6 points and 1.5 rebounds while shooting .451 from deep.
