The Pelicans take on the San Antonio Spurs this evening. The Spurs are on the second leg of a back-to-back as they fell to the Atlanta Hawks 137-135 in Atlanta on Thursday night. Come see the Pelicans play the Spurs on Friday, Dec. 1 at 7 p.m. in the Smoothie King Center.
Forward Trey Murphy indicated on social media that he is likely to make his season debut against the Spurs. Murphy's return will bolster the Pelicans as the third-year sharpshooter is coming off a season in which he scored 14.5 points per game and shot 40.6% from behind the three-point line.
