Writer and Digital Content Specialist

The NBA Draft is on Thursday, June 23, giving the Denver Nuggets just a few more days to make a finalized decision with their No. 21 overall draft pick. They've already hosted four pre-draft workouts with 24 total prospects.

On Monday, the team will host their fifth, bringing their total to a round 30 prospects. It's clear they've casted a wide net as they search for their perfect fit.

There has been a strong mix of skillsets and positions, with guards, wings, and bigs splitting relatively evenly among the 30 players.

Below are the names of the six players being worked out by the team on Monday morning at Ball Arena.

MarJon Beauchamp - Ignite - G - 6'6"

A hard-nosed defensive wing, Beauchamp went through quite the journey before ultimately landing with G League Ignite in 2021-22. There, he proved himself to be a solid prospect capable of playing at the NBA level.

Michael Foster Jr. - Ignite - F - 6'8"

Foster was one of the best players in the high school world during his Senior season. He opted to forgo college in favor of G League Ignite, where it took some time to adjust to the pro game. He is still a hustle machine that averaged 10.4 rebounds per game in 15 G League appearances.

Javon Freeman-Liberty - DePaul - G - 6'4"

Freeman-Liberty could flat out score at every level he played. Two seasons at Valparaiso and two at DePaul gave him a chance to show improvement despite increasing in competition level.

Justin Lewis - Marquette - F - 6'7"

After two seasons at Marquette, Lewis is making the move to the NBA. He showed immense improvement from Year 1 to Year 2, becoming more effective and efficient in just about every facet of the game.

Jaizec Lottie - Flagler (Florida) - G - 6'2"

This is Lottie's second consecutive workout with the Nuggets. From a Divison-2 private college in Florida, Lottie was absolutely electric in his Senior season. He played in 20 games, averaging 24.4 points in that time. He is also a native of Aurora, Colorado.

Trevion Williams - Purdue - F - 6'10"

The four-year Boilermakers product was a strong role player that provided energy, effort, and consistency over a long period of time. He made an impact on several teams that ranked among the best in the nation in their respective seasons.

All names are subject to change. The Nuggets hold the No. 21 overall pick in the 2022 NBA Draft.
