ORLANDO – Nikola Vucevic, who scored 18 points against the Indiana Pacers on Sunday, passed Tracy McGrady for third on the Orlando Magic’s all-time scoring list.

Now in his eighth season with the Magic, the 7-foot, 260-pound center now has 8,299 career points with Orlando, one more than T-Mac. Dwight Howard is the franchise leader in scoring with 11,435 points, while Nick Anderson is second with 10,650.

Vucevic is also second in team history in rebounds. He had a season-high 17 of them against the Pacers. Only Howard ranks ahead of the recently-turned 29-year-old in this category.

Maybe most impressive is that Vucevic is currently ninth in assists in Magic history. He’s the only center who ranks in the top 10 in this category. Blocks and steals are two other categories he ranks in the top 10 in.

An NBA All-Star for the first time in his career last season, Vucevic is currently averaging 17.1 points, 11.5 rebounds and 3.2 assists through Orlando’s first 10 games this year.
