#10 Paul Millsap

It is hard to leave Kevin Garnett off the list, but compared to Millsap, he comes up a bit short. Millsap, a four-time All-Star, was terrific in Atlanta, where he helped the Hawks win 60 games in 2014-15 before they advanced to the conference finals. The former second round draft pick out of Louisiana Tech was also very good in Utah earlier in the decade, especially in 2010 when he averaged 18 points in the playoffs. Although past his prime now, Millsap is on a team in Denver that has a legitimate chance of making it to the NBA Finals if it can build on what it accomplished last season.
