The Orlando Magic and TELETIES Form a Strong “Tie” with Partnership Announcement

The local company creates Magic-branded hair ties available now at the Magic Team Shop and online

ORLANDO - The Orlando Magic announced today a multiyear partnership with the Orlando-based, women-owned company, TELETIES. The revolutionary hair accessories company is also a supporting partner of the Magic’s Pink in the Paint Night on Oct. 17 to support breast cancer awareness. As part of its support, TELETIES, will donate breast cancer awareness TELETIES hair tie packs to the first 4,000 fans at that game.

With a strong ‘tie’ to the community and a passion for philanthropy, TELETIES will donate $250 for every point scored in the fourth quarter of the Pink in the Paint Night game on Oct. 17 to the nonprofit, Facing Our Risk of Cancer Empowered (FORCE), with the Magic matching the donation. FORCE works to improves the lives of millions of individuals and families facing hereditary breast, ovarian, pancreatic, prostate, colorectal and endometrial cancers. FORCE advocates for awareness, access to care and better treatment and prevention options.

The partnership will include a special line of TELETIES featuring the Orlando Magic colors and logo. These limited-edition hair ties and hair clips will be available in the Orlando Magic Team Shop. The partnership will also feature fan integration elements including 15 home games with parachute drops of TELETIES Magic-branded products and 20 percent off TELETIES products for Magic fans using the promo code GOMAGIC. In addition, the partnership includes brand integrations of in-arena signage during all Magic home games, and co-branded digital and social content.
