We respectfully request that you carefully review the following information. By submitting your investment, you agree to comply with these policies. Thank you for your consideration and support of the Sacramento Kings.

Ownership of Seat Locations – The Sacramento Kings own and control all rights to the seat locations for all home games. Purchasers of season ticket membership receive a license, in the form of the ticket, to use the seat location for the designated home games. The Sacramento Kings may revoke the license at any time upon refunding the actual purchase price. The license is granted on a game-to-game basis, and is subject to all rules, regulations and policies relating to event tickets as established by the Sacramento Kings.

Season Ticket Member of Record – The season ticket member of Record is the person or business that is assigned to the account. The season ticket member of record must provide the Sacramento Kings with the contact person for the account, particularly in the case of a business. The Sacramento Kings may exercise discretion in accepting payment(s) from a third party and such acceptance shall not confer any season ticket membership privileges, including without limitation, renewal to the third party or cause the Sacramento Kings to change the name of the season ticket member on the account.

Season Ticket Membership Privileges are Non-Transferable – Season ticket members have no right to transfer seat locations designated by their tickets to any person or entity, whether by a request to transfer the account to another name, or by an attempt to transfer the seat locations or renewal privileges by sale, gift, transfer by will or trust, property settlement, transfer to creditors or by any other means. Any attempt to sell or otherwise transfer season ticket membership privileges to third parties will not be recognized by the Kings and may result in the cancellation of the season ticket membership and all privileges. Any request to distribute tickets to a person not listed as the season ticket member, whether as a result of bankruptcy or otherwise, will entitle the Sacramento Kings to withdraw the license represented by the tickets. This includes any season ticket membership renewal privileges, upon refund by the Sacramento Kings of all accounts paid for games not yet played.

All Sales Final. No Refunds, Cancellations or Exchanges – Payments must be timely made on or before the dates listed in any agreed upon payment plan. Delivery of tickets shall be made no later than seven days prior to the first game of the season, and only upon receipt of full payment or for accounts that have not fallen behind in payments. For those on installment payment plans, in the event you fail to make any timely required payments, your membership will terminate, and any payments you made prior to the termination date will be forfeited by you. Notwithstanding the termination of your membership, you remain liable for the full payment of your purchase price.

Change of Address/Other Notices – It is the season ticket member of record's responsibility to notify the Sacramento Kings, in writing and signed by the season ticket member of record for the account, of any change of address to assure prompt delivery of tickets, notices and other dated material from the Sacramento Kings. Business accounts must submit any change notice on company letterhead with the signature of the contact person or an appropriate company official. Please include the Membership account number and a daytime phone number for the season ticket member of record in all correspondence.

Renewal Procedures – Season ticket membership renewal notices will be delivered to the season ticket member of record for each account. Due to the time necessary to process relocation requests, print and distribute tickets, accounts which do not meet payment deadlines will be subject to cancellation. Once Membership payments are received, they are applied to specific seat locations and are nonrefundable.

Membership Renewal Privileges – The opportunity to renew a season ticket membership for the next season is not guaranteed and is revocable at any time at the sole discretion of the Sacramento Kings. This renewal privilege may only be exercised by the season ticket member upon membership payment in an amount and by the date established by the Sacramento Kings.

When deciding whether to revoke renewal privileges, the Sacramento Kings will consider the season ticket member’s violation of rules, regulations and policies of the Sacramento Kings and the NBA, including without limitation violations of abusive spectator behavior and/or ticket scalping rules then in effect.

Seat Location Changes – Requests for season ticket relocation are processed during the renewal period only. Requests for relocation will be considered based upon the seniority for each account, once the Sacramento Kings receive membership payment.

Distribution of Tickets – The tickets will be delivered to the season ticket member of record or may be picked up at Golden 1 Center by the season ticket member of record if prior arrangements are made with the Sacramento Kings ticket office. The Sacramento Kings reserve the right to approve or deny any request to distribute season tickets to a person other than the member of record.

Acceptance of Terms/Conditions – Upon remitting any full or partial payment toward the purchase of your season ticket membership, or by accepting delivery of your tickets and season ticket member benefits, you acknowledge responsibility for payment of the full membership price, and accept and agree to the terms and conditions as stated.

Playoffs – As a season ticket member, you will have the ability to purchase seats for all home Playoff games, as well as additional seats based on availability. Playoffs are at an additional cost to your membership dues.

Restrictions – Your ticket(s) may not be used for any form of commercial or trade purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, without the express written consent of the Sacramento Kings and the NBA.

Use of Image – You (or the user of your ticket for any particular game) grant permission to the Sacramento Kings and the NBA (and its designees and agents) to utilize your image, likeness, actions and statements in any live or recorded audio, video or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of or at the game in any medium or context for any purpose, including commercial or promotional purposes, without further authorization or compensation.

Assumption of Risk/Release of Liability – You or the holder of the ticket to any game or event voluntarily assume all risk and danger of personal injury (including death) and all hazards arising from, or related in any way to, the game (including, but not limited to, injuries caused by players, fans, basketballs or other objects) whether occurring prior to, during or after the game, howsoever caused and whether by negligence or otherwise. You and your guests agree that neither the Sacramento Kings, the NBA nor their respective affiliates, employees, agents or owners are liable for any injuries from such causes.

Arbitration – The parties agree to resolve any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the purchase of a season ticket membership by arbitration. Any party may initiate, by written notice delivered to the other party(ies), binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. All defenses to the controversy or claim that is the subject to such arbitration proceeding and all counterclaims shall be raised and resolved in such arbitration proceeding. If the parties are unable or fail to agree upon the arbitrator within ten (10) days, the arbitrator shall be selected by the AAA, or any successor entity. The seat of arbitration shall be the State of California. Any awards shall be final, binding and conclusive, and shall have the same force and effect as a judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction, and any party shall have the right to apply to a court of competent jurisdiction for a decree, judgment or order upon such award.

Rights Reserved – The Sacramento Kings reserve the right in their sole discretion to amend, update or modify policies and procedures relative to the season ticket membership program upon notice to the member of record.

The Sacramento Kings retain the right to refuse sale. Only buyers with a purchase address within 300 miles of Golden 1 Center are eligible to purchase season tickets. A maximum of 8 seats may be purchased by any single Account Holder.

Season ticket payments are non-refundable and must be applied to a season ticket membership.
