2 Chainz to close out Wizards' 2023-24 Friday Night Concert Series presented by Sprite

Team to host Sneaker Night presented by Hennessy

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Grammy Award-winning artist 2 Chainz will close out the Washington Wizards’ 2023-24 Friday Night Concert Series presented by Sprite on Friday, April 5, following the Wizards vs. Portland Trail Blazers game.  

The hip-hop artist and rapper will entertain the crowd with his hits “No Lie,” “I’m Different,” “Stop Me Now,” and “Feds Watching.” 

All-female local Go-Go band Be’la Dona, known for their unique sound and ‘Sensual Crank’ style, will also perform.

In addition, the team will also celebrate Sneaker Night presented by Hennessy. Prior to the Wizards vs. Trail Blazers game, fans can attend the Sneaker Night Block Party at District E powered by Ticketmaster. 2024 HBCU Battle of the DJs winner DJ Dream Marie of Howard University will perform while Audacy radio will also be on site with free giveaways.  

Those in attendance can have their photo taken in the Hennessy 360-degree photobooth and see custom-designed Hennessy-branded Air Forces as well as the Wizards Boundary Stones City Edition-inspired New Balance B 550 sneakers by designer Sierato. Fans aged 21and over can also enjoy the official cocktail of Sneaker Night, “The Henny-Rita,” as well as Hennessy drink samples and complementary appetizers.  

On the concourse, fans can visit section 115 to get their sneakers cleaned at the Crep Protect sneaker cleaning station. Throughout the game, fans can show off their sneakers on the ‘kicks cam’ and a video of Wizards’ players discussing their top-three favorite sneakers will be played. G-Wiz will also unveil a new pair of sneakers.
