RAPTORS SIGN PORTER TO A TWO-WAY CONTRACT

The Toronto Raptors announced Saturday they have signed forward Jontay (JOHN-tay) Porter to a two-way contract. Per team policy, financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Porter’s season is highlighted by a 21-point, 19-rebound performance Nov. 20 at Iowa.

A native of Columbia, Missouri, Porter went undrafted in 2019 before signing with the Memphis Grizzles. He appeared in 11 games for the Grizzlies during the 2020-21 season, averaging 2.0 points, 1.3 rebounds and 4.9 minutes.
