AUBURN HILLS, Mich – The Detroit Pistons announced today that guard Chauncey Billups will miss tonight’s game at Sacramento with left knee tendinitis.
Ongoing treatment will include rest and daily therapy with strength and conditioning coach Arnie Kander while the soreness and tendinitis symptoms subside. He will be listed as day-to-day.
