Ashlee has been performing for the Denver Nuggets Dancers for three years.
Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, this veteran first started dancing 17 years ago and has been performing ever since.
“My earliest memory of dance was when I got to perform at half time for the San Francisco 49ers,” Ashlee excitedly remembers.
Ashlee moved to Colorado to showcase her talent as a Colorado Mammoth Wild Bunch dance team member and now as a Denver Nuggets Dancer. She has many memories to cherish since making her move to the Rocky Mountains, but her all-time favorites have been traveling to China and Canada to represent the DND.
She has achieved several impressive accomplishments during her dancing career, but most notably was winning a national championship for her solo performance for the Duke City Stars Dance Center.
Outside of dancing center court for the Denver Nuggets, she works in the cosmetology field as a Makeup Artist where she takes pride in making others feel beautiful.
When she is not working or performing, Ashlee enjoys spending time with her Siberian husky named Nahla, and catching up on the latest episode of Criminal Minds.
A firm believer that everything happens for a reason, she lives by the saying “Don’t stress the could haves. If it should have, it would have.”
