Heidi Bradfish, Vice President of People & Culture, is in her seventh season with the Trail Blazers and Rose Quarter in 2023-24. In her role, she leads a talented team of P&C professionals who support all aspects of the organization’s human resource (HR) functions including Talent Acquisition, People Partners, and HR Systems and Benefits.

Since joining the Trail Blazers and Rose Quarter in 2016, Heidi has served as Director of People & Culture and Senior Director of People & Culture. Prior to joining our team, Bradfish worked within HR in the Sports Retail/Wholesale Industry for brands such as Columbia Sportswear and adidas North America.

Heidi received her Business degree in Human Resource Management from Portland State University and has spent the past 19 years as a purpose-driven, people-focused professional championing employee empowerment and talent development. She grew up in Portland, OR and lives in the Sellwood neighborhood with her son Devin.
