General

Mobile Entry is the convenience of using your smartphone to easily access your game ticket to enter Moda Center. This means no more worries about losing your ticket or leaving it at home. Instead, you’ll use the Trail Blazers app or online Account Manager to pull up your ticket making entering the arena seamless, simple and fast.
The Trail Blazers App is free on the App Store and Google Play Store.
We’re a mobile entry only arena because mobile tickets are the safest and most convenient way to receive and manage tickets. The rotating barcode helps prevent fraud by eliminating the opportunity for duplicate tickets to be created. Mobile tickets also help make entry as contact free as possible.
If you don’t have a smartphone for any reason, you’ll need to visit the Box Office located across from the North Entrance of Moda Center. Please have a valid ID that matches the name and address on the ticket account. You can contact the Box Office at (503) 797-9619 or email  rq.boxoffice@rosequarter.com.

Season Ticket Holders, please contact your Service Manager directly or call 503.231.8000 for assistance.

If a ticket holder is giving their game tickets to someone who does not have a smartphone, please transfer the tickets to that person’s email so the tickets will be under their name.

No, Ticket Access Cards have been discontinued. We’ve experienced fraud due to the use of one, active barcode throughout the entire season. The rotating barcode of mobile tickets will protect Season Ticket Holders against such fraud.
No, printed tickets have been discontinued. If you do not have a smartphone, you will be able to work with your Account Manager on a game-by-game basis.

ENTRY INTO THE ARENA

You can access and manage all your tickets via the Trail Blazers mobile app as soon as you log in and connect your Trail Blazers mobile app account with Ticketmaster. You can then access your ticket’s barcode, send your tickets to a friend or resell them at any time.
After logging in to your account, you can see all games that you have tickets for. Tap into the game to view all of your tickets for that game. See the step-by-step instructions at the top of this page for more assistance.
No, a screenshot of your tickets will not get you into the arena. Each ticket has a rotating barcode that updates every 15 seconds, so screenshots and printouts of tickets are invalid.
Nope – you can avoid this by adding your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Play ahead of time.

Note: Once a ticket is added to your digital wallet, there will not be a visible barcode, but your ticket will be live for tap-to-scan entry.
We’re sorry about your phone! Simply come to the Box Office, present your ID and we’ll print your game tickets for you.
Yes! Once you’ve pulled up the game you can view all your tickets. Tap “View Barcode” and swipe left and right to pull up the barcode for each of your tickets. This allows multiple people to enter the arena using one smartphone, but make sure you’re all together when you arrive.

TRANSFERRING TICKETS

If you purchased tickets and can no longer attend, you have a few options. You can transfer them to a friend or family member, or you can resell your tickets in the official marketplace. Simply, follow the same steps as transferring your tickets, but tap “Sell” instead of “Transfer”.
Follow the “Transferring My Tickets” step-by-step instructions at the top of this page.
Follow the “Receive Ticket Transfer” steps at the top of this page.
