General

Mobile Entry is the convenience of using your smartphone as your game ticket, providing access to Moda Center with a barcode that can be scanned from your screen. This means no more worries about leaving your ticket in the car, realizing you left your ticket at home, etc. Instead, you'll use the Trail Blazers App. Adopting mobile entry is all about improving the fan experience at Moda Center. Mobile entry will make getting into the game seamless, simple, and fast. You'll be able to manage everything from your smartphone, which you already have in your pocket.
The Trail Blazers App is free on the App Store and Google Play Store.
A mobile ticket is the safest, most convenient and most seamless way to receive and manage tickets while increasing protection against fraud. Your smartphone now becomes your ticket! You are probably already using your smartphone to attend movies or when you travel, so why not for live events? Additionally, removing a printed item is good for the environment and for preventing the spread of germs.
If you do not have a smartphone for any reason, you’ll need to visit the Box Office located across from the North Entrance of Moda Center. Please have a valid ID that matches the name and address on the ticket account. You can contact the Box Office at (503) 797-9619 or email rq.boxoffice@rosequarter.com. Season Ticket Holders, please contact your Service Manager directly or call 503.231.8000 for assistance.

No. Ticket Access Cards have been discontinued. Technology advancements have required us to explore alternative barcode management. We’ve experienced fraud due to the use of one, live barcode throughout the entire season. Varying barcodes from game-to-game will protect Season Ticket Holders’ full season experience.
No. Printed tickets have been discontinued. If you do not have a smart phone, you will be able to work with the Box Office on a game by game basis.

ENTRY INTO THE ARENA

You can access and manage all your tickets via the Trail Blazers mobile app as soon as you log in and connect your Trail Blazers mobile app account with Ticketmaster. You can then access your ticket’s barcode, send your tickets to a friend or resell them at any time. Your ticket’s barcode, which is required to enter the arena, will be available to access immediately.
After logging into your Ticketmaster account via the My Tickets icon, select the game you want to access, and swipe left and right to view all your tickets.
No. Your ticket includes leading-edge technology with fraud and counterfeit protection. The rotating barcodes will not allow screenshots or printouts to be valid.
No. You can add tickets to your Apple Wallet with the iPhone or to Google Pay if using Android. Note: once a ticket is added to your digital wallet, a barcode will not be visible; however, your ticket will be live for tap-to-scan entry.
You’re having a tough day. But no worries! Simply come to Moda Center Box Office, present your ID and we'll print your game tickets for you.
You bet! Once you tap on your game, you can swipe left and right to view your tickets. Thus, each guest in your party does not have to have a phone to get into the event as long as they are with you.
