Cory Lay begins his second season as the Trail Blazers Assistant Equipment Manager in 2022-23 and his seventh season with the franchise overall. He originally joined the Trail Blazers as a team attendant during the 2016-17 season. In his role, Lay partners with Equipment Manager Eric Hallman to outfit the team and ensure the proper transportation of all team equipment. A native Oregonian, Lay graduated from Portland State with a degree in business management and leadership.
