The "Gold Out" is returning for the Eastern Conference Semifinals. When the Pacers welcome the New York Knicks to Gainbridge Fieldhouse on Friday, May 10 (7:00 PM ET) for Game 3 of their best-of-seven series, all fans in attendance will receive a gold t-shirt.
The shirt, which was officially unveiled on social media on Tuesday, says the rally cry of "BOOM BABY" and also features the Pacers logo.
The Pacers and Knicks have a storied playoff rivalry, having met seven times in the postseason previously, including six times in an eight-year span from 1993-2000. This is just the second time the two teams have met in the playoffs since that period, however, and their first playoff series since 2013.
The Pacers and Knicks tipped off their series this week in New York, with the Knicks winning the first two games at Madison Square Garden. But the Pacers are hopeful they can also protect homecourt. Indiana is 3-0 at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in the playoffs and has not lost at home since March 18.
